What this website collects

• Nothing while you browse or use the breathing timer. No cookies, no tracking, no ads. Fonts are on our own server, so nothing loads from other companies.
• Our host, Cloudflare, keeps short technical logs (such as IP address) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
• If you ask for the free practice: your first name and email address.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use your name and email only to send you the practice you asked for and a few emails about breathing and our courses. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

Who processes it for us

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, EU): sends the emails and stores the list.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosts the website. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We never sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. After that we delete it, except a record that you unsubscribed, so we don't email you again.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to the contact above. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it) or the authority where you live.

Health information

This website does not ask for any health information. If a future programme needs some (for example a safety questionnaire), it will ask for your explicit consent first and explain exactly how it's used.
